Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Suspiros Cake does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellation or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide you with a positive experience with Suspiros Cake.

All cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once your order preparation has begun, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
