Shipping policy

Shipments are made every Monday via UPS and USPS. Suspiros Cake is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but later reported as lost.

Returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional reshipping charges.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may affect shipping and arrival dates.
